At the helm of our operations is Joe Vinciguerra, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the fabrication and engineering industries. Joe’s extensive background includes roles as an Operations Director, Client Manager, and Project Manager. His involvement in all facets of business operations has been instrumental in shaping the success of Henderson Fabrication.

- Project Estimating and Delivery: Joe excels in project estimating and delivery, providing accurate cost assessments and ensuring efficient project execution.
- Design, Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control, Estimating: Comprehensive skills in design, planning, scheduling, cost control, and estimating underpin Joe’s approach to managing complex projects effectively.
Joining Joe is Brian (Y.J) Hong, Director and HR Lead at Henderson Fabrication. With over 15 years of experience as a business operations professional, Brian has a proven track record of maintaining high levels of quality work, client service, and satisfaction. His background in the boilermaker and welding trade provides him with a unique perspective on growth and development, allowing Henderson Fabrication to design strategies and mentor teams to transform the way businesses manage growth.
Brian’s Areas of Expertise:
- Labour Hire Excellence: Brian has built a reputation for excellence in labour hire services, driven by his commitment to delivering quality work and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Strategic Relationships: Brian has cultivated strong relationships with welders, boilermakers, and various other trades, enabling him to identify and implement the best solutions for labour hire at Henderson Fabrication.
- Technical Expertise: With a background in the boilermaker and welding trade, Brian brings a unique set of skills to the table, empowering him to carefully select the right personnel for clients and ensure timely project completion.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: As an entrepreneur at heart, Brian is passionate about forging lasting client relationships. He approaches every project with tenacity, ensuring that the client’s needs are not just met but exceeded.
Additionally, our leadership team includes Yosep Shon, Managing Director of Henderson Fabrication since March 2021. Yosep brings a wealth of experience from various leadership roles, including his tenure as Managing Director at Western Pro Weld and Technology Director/Non-Executive Director at Corps Group. His experience in entrepreneurship and financial management further strengthens our strategic direction.
