Yosep brings a wealth of experience from various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Western Pro Weld and Technology Director/Non-Executive Director at Corps Group. His experience in entrepreneurship and financial management further strengthens our strategic direction.

Joe Vinciguerra has over 30 years of experience in the fabrication and engineering industries. His extensive background includes roles as an Operations Director, Client Manager, and Project Manager. With over 15 years of experience as a business operations professional, Brian has a proven track record of maintaining high levels of quality work, client service, and satisfaction. His background in the boilermaker and welding trade provides him with a unique perspective on growth and development, allowing Henderson Fabrication to design strategies and mentor teams to transform the way businesses manage growth.
